Dinner on June the 14th

Today I did not feel like going out for dinner, but just having dinner at home. Having dinner at home does not mean you have to cook in Hong Kong, in the supermarkets througout Hong Kong they make Sushi and many other dishes fresh all day long! Some supermarkets have a complete kitchen where they make laods of different dishes! Buying those saves a lot of time, and the food is good!

Today I bought myself a salad topped with mango, surumi and crab eggs. Nice salad as I have bought this one before at the Taste supermarket in New Town Plaza. Together with the Salad I bought some fresh salmon sushi and a piece of marinated and grilled duck breast!

Great meal all together! The Sushi tastes fresh and looks good, the Duck was very tastefull. The salad is not that super, but a really nice salad is not easy to find in HK (and if you can find it, it is not cheap!)
